It briefly covers all other treatments and does a great job on being informative. It even mentions the Stop Snoring Exercise Program, and comments that it is a good long term cure (although it doesn't work immediately). The new idea that Stop Snoring Secrets gives is a piece of home-made equipment James calls a "snoreball". A video is included on how to make it using a pair of jockey shorts (where the picture included here is from), and it's something that's worn to help sleep in positions that prevent snoring. There's a lot of good information on causes and remedies for snoring, but to cure your snoring, the first two programs are better.
